Transformed: Hand sanded to remove all the old stain and varnish and brought back to a natural ‘glass like’ to the touch finish. Waxed to nourish and enhance the lovely show wood on the arms and legs, with the back and underside of the arms and legs subtly painted in Fusion paints to compliment the velvet fabric. The frame completely reupholstered using modern fire retardant foams, webbing and calico inter -liners throughout. Finally covered in the very latest Ashley Wilde designer velvets with a vibrant multi-colour floral theme, with edging in copper French decorative nails.
