We ensure that all our policies are up to date using a schedule indicating when each policy was last reviewed and updated and when the next review is due. 

Recover has a service contract with a CQC recognised agency that provides Quality Compliance Systems to ensure that we are informed of any legislative or important updates. 

Policies and risks are on the agenda of our regular board meetings and any required actions are addressed ahead of the planned review date as required.
